Qualifikationen

• Bilingual proficiency required — Spanish, Polish, Russian, Ukrainian, or other languages welcome.
• Previous automotive sales experience preferred (1+ years).
• Strong negotiation skills and a proven track record in customer service or sales.
• High energy, enthusiasm, and a competitive drive throughout the workday.
• Familiarity with CRM tools; Tekion experience is a plus.

• Assist customers with the completion of all applicable sales documents
• Follow the dealership sales process as defined by management
• Build a successful referral network and maintain long‑term customer relationships
• Complete manufacturer‑specific product training as required
