Qualifications

• 2+ years of Service Technician experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent, ASE Certification required.
• B level qualifications, including Diagnostic, Electrical and Engine Repair.
• Dexterity and steady hand for precise work.
• Mechanical/troubleshooting skills with diagnostic equipment.
• Strong customer service and basic computer skills.
• Positive, proactive attitude and teamwork.
• Enjoy dynamic automotive environment and collaboration.
• Ability to learn new technology and procedures.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership.
• Test-drive vehicles and test components using diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Diagnose and repair vehicle systems including engine, electrical, transmission, brakes, A/C, etc.
• Communicate with Service Advisor about needed additional service and time estimates.
• Execute repairs under warranty to manufacture specifications.
