Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Safelite SafeTech certification required.
• Proven auto glass technician experience is preferred (2+ years).
• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a company vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Provide vehicle glass repair and replacement services in Safelite Shop or Mobile Glass Shop.
• Recalibrate automotive safety systems and perform diagnostics.
• Operate Safelite tools and technologies with care and accuracy.
• Communicate with customers in person, text, and phone; promote Safelite services.
• Maintain safety, quality, and professional appearance; adhere to policies.
