Job summary

G & C Auto Body in Sacramento, CA is seeking an EXPERIENCED Auto Body Collision Technician. This is not an entry level role and requires demonstrated collision repair experience with access to top equipment.

We offer a comprehensive benefits package, hours Monday–Friday, 7:30am–5:30pm, and opportunities to mentor apprentices while increasing earning potential through production-based bonuses.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a collision repair organization.
• I-CAR certifications are a plus, but not required for all positions.
• Read and interpret written repair orders.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Restore vehicle back to pre-accident condition.
• Includes tear down and reassembly.
• Grind, sand and fill repair panels.
• Additional duties as assigned to ensure an efficient and quality repair.

We are looking for someone who is up to the challenge of handling any and all repairs coming in to these locations. You will have access to all top of the line equipment in a shop to call your own!

BENEFITS:

• Pay: $80,000 - 150,000 expected annually (30 to 36 per hour plus eligibility for variable production-based bonuses expected to range from 2400 to 4500 per month)
