Boly:Welch invites an Experienced Attorney with a background in litigation, transactional, real estate, or bankruptcy to join their Portland area team. The role centers on courtroom representation, client relations, and comprehensive case management in a highly respected commercial law firm.

You will draft responses to discovery, handle objections, and contribute to professional development within a collaborative, mentorship-rich environment. This is a hybrid position in Portland, OR.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of litigation experience.
• Oregon State Bar membership required; Washington State Bar membership is a plus.
• JD is required.
