Job summary

Boly-Welch Inc., a respected Portland-based commercial law firm, seeks a Senior Litigation Associate with broad litigation experience to advise and litigate for clients. The role covers business, commercial, class actions, personal injury, employment, environmental land use, estates, and IP matters.

You will represent clients in court and before government agencies, manage cases from start to finish, and draft responses to discovery with strong communication.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of litigation experience.
• 5+ years in case management supervising attorneys & paralegals.
• Active Oregon State Bar membership.
• JD is required.

Strong communication skills will be key as you craft responses to written discovery requests, draft objections, and designations of prior testimony.

This is a hybrid position.
