Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in road or construction field working outdoors.
• Ability to multi-task and handle high stress situations.
• Certified in Lockout/Tagout and Confined Space.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and dispatch trucks in the yard.
• Read and interpret meters and gauges.
• Operate and maintain the asphalt plant.
• Train and mentor new hires as needed.
• Perform daily inspections and maintenance on machinery.
