Job summary

Broderick Architects in Seattle, WA, seeks an Architect with 4-7 years of office design experience to lead diverse project phases from schematic design through construction administration. This full-time, in-office role requires strong design skills, teamwork, and clear client communication.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's of Architecture or equivalent.
  • 4-7 years of professional architectural office design experience.
  • Collaborate closely with the architectural team to support client communications, project schedules, scopes of work, develop proposals and budgets, construct presentation boards (both physical and digital).
  • Proven self-motivation and willingness to take projects from Schematic Design through Construction Administration.
  • Experience with ArchiCAD, Twinmotion and/or D5 rendering software is a plus.

  • Contribute to overall design direction including architectural integration.

Salary Range

$75,000 – $90,000 per year. Individual compensation packages are based on factors unique to each candidate, including years of experience, skill set, education, and relevant certifications. Initial offers are typically made between the minimum and the midpoint of this range.
