Job summary

Broderick Architects in Seattle, WA, seeks an Architect with 4-7 years of office design experience to lead diverse project phases from schematic design through construction administration. This full-time, in-office role requires strong design skills, teamwork, and clear client communication.

The position offers healthcare, paid time off, sabbatical, 401k, bonuses, and professional development; salary range $75,000–$90,000 depending on experience and certifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's of Architecture or equivalent.
• 4-7 years of professional architectural office design experience.
• Collaborate closely with the architectural team to support client communications, project schedules, scopes of work, develop proposals and budgets, construct presentation boards (both physical and digital).
• Proven self-motivation and willingness to take projects from Schematic Design through Construction Administration.
• Experience with ArchiCAD, Twinmotion and/or D5 rendering software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with the architectural team to support client communications, project schedules, scopes of work, develop proposals and budgets, construct presentation boards (both physical and digital).
• Contribute to overall design direction including architectural integration.
• Take projects from Schematic Design through Construction Administration.
• Ability to multi-task and be pro-active.
• Good communication with team and clients.
