Job description

We’re looking for a dependable and driven HVAC Install Apprentice with 1–2 years of experience to join our growing team! If you’ve already started building your skills in the field and are looking to take the next step in your HVAC career, this full-time role offers hands‑on training, overtime opportunities, and a clear path for advancement. Bring your foundational knowledge, and we’ll help you grow.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with HVAC system installations, including ductwork and equipment setup
• Load and operate basic HVAC tools and materials
• Support senior installers with layout, measurements, and connections
• Ensure on site cleanliness and organization
• Follow safety protocols and company installation standards

Requirements

• Strong physical ability (lift up to 50 lbs, work in tight/hot/cold spaces)
• Willingness to climb, kneel, crawl, and work in attics or rooftops
• Basic mechanical skills and use of hand/power tools
• Excellent communication and time management
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license preferred

Pay Range

$18 - $20 USD
