The role requires deep apartment maintenance experience, strong leadership, and the ability to manage teams, service residents, and coordinate with property managers. HVAC certification is preferred and weekend work may be required.

This position reports to the property manager.Primary Responsibilities Include:Assign and assist with apartment service requests, ensuring all work orders are logged accurately and completed promptlyManage vacant apartments, ensuring timely preparation for new leasesMaintain the grounds by keeping them free of debris and trashProvide excellent customer service to residentsHandle electrical, plumbing, appliance repairs, installations, and replacements in a professional manner, meeting industry standards.
