Responsibilities

• Assign and assist with apartment service requests, ensuring work orders are logged and completed promptly.
• Manage vacant apartments and prepare for new leases.
• Maintain grounds and keep area free of debris and trash.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents.
• Handle electrical, plumbing, appliance repairs and installations.
• Perform caulking, carpentry, painting, drywall repair as needed.
• Bulk trash removal and clear drains/sewer lines up to 4'.

This position reports to the property manager.Primary Responsibilities Include:Assign and assist with apartment service requests, ensuring all work orders are logged accurately and completed promptlyManage vacant apartments, ensuring timely preparation for new leasesMaintain the grounds by keeping them free of debris and trashProvide excellent customer service to residentsHandle electrical, plumbing, appliance repairs, installations, and replacements in a professional manner, meeting industry standards.
