Job summary

InterSolutions, LLC seeks a Maintenance Lead/Supervisor for on-site work at apartment communities in Grand Prairie, TX. Lead a maintenance team, direct service requests, and ensure timely, high-quality repairs and preventive maintenance.

You will manage vacant units, coordinate with property managers, and uphold safety and industry standards while delivering excellent resident service.

Responsibilities

• Repair doors, painting, caulking, and minor carpentry.

This position reports to the property manager.Primary Responsibilities Include:Assign and assist with apartment service requests, ensuring all work orders are logged accurately and completed promptlyManage vacant apartments, ensuring timely preparation for new leasesMaintain the grounds by keeping them free of debris and trashProvide excellent customer service to residentsHandle electrical, plumbing, appliance repairs, installations, and replacements in a professional manner, meeting industry standards.
