Job summary

Living Well Homes is seeking an immediate, experienced full-time apartment Leasing Agent for our Indiana properties. You will be the public face of our community and the liaison between the office and renters.

We value friendly, outgoing individuals with sales experience and strong customer service, capable of tours, leases, credit checks, and timely communication with residents and prospects, including Saturday shifts from 10am to 4pm.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years in apartment leasing, sales, or admin work.
• Excellent problem solving and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask during busy periods.

Responsibilities

• Meet with prospective renters and give tours of the units that interest them.
• Prepare and execute leases in accordance with our property standards and regulations.
• Conduct credit checks and other background tasks to qualify potential renters.
• Collect application fees, security deposits and rent payments.
• Coordinate property maintenance.
• Inform residents of any changes to the rental agreement or upcoming problems with the property.
• Follow up with prospective renters.
• Establish rapport with tenants and provide personalized service.
• Monitor use of community facilities, including laundry, mail and fitness centers.

As an apartment Leasing Agent, you will become the public face of our property and the key liaison between the management office and our current and prospective renters. We're looking for a friendly, outgoing individual who has previous sales experience and can offer excellent customer service to our current and prospective residents.
