Hayman Company in Lombard, IL is seeking a Dynamic Super Sales Star to lease apartments at our 400-unit City View at the Highlands community. The Leasing professional is the face of our property and the first contact for prospective residents, building rapport and showing why this property could be their home.

Weekend work is required. You will tour, close the prospect, process applications, prepare lease packages, conduct move-in orientation, and assist with marketing for the community, all

Qualifikationen

• Previous sales and customer service experience required.
• Experience in the apartment industry preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Professional demeanor and high level of professionalism.
• Ability to quickly develop rapport with prospective residents.
• Illinois Leasing License preferred.

We are seeking a Dynamic Super Sales Star to lease apartments at our 400-unit community in Lombard, City View at the Highlands Apartments. The Leasing professional is the face of our company and property, often the first point of contact for prospective residents. This position allows you to build relationships with prospective residents and show them why they should select our property as their home. We are looking for someone with a proven track record in sales and to provide a positive customer experience. Applicants required to work weekends.

Responsibilities

• Gain an understanding of potential resident needs and provide information as to which of our apartments best fit those needs.
• Check curb appeal and apartments each morning to ensure we are ready to tour and demonstrate our product offerings to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Follow-up on prospect internet and phone leads to try to set appointments
• Tour and close the prospect
• Process applications, preparation of lease packages & renewals
• Conduct move-in orientation and ensure all move-in requirements are met to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Marketing and Social Media management for the community
• Great Salary PLUS Commission

Qualifications

• Previous sales and customer service experience is required; experience within the apartment industry is required
• Must have excellent written and verbal communications skills and have a high-level professionalism
• Illinois Leasing License preferred.
• Ability to quickly develop rapport with prospective residents
• Must be a motivated self-starter with the ability to work well in a team setting
• Previous knowledge of Yardi property management software is preferred.
