Job summary

Ohana-Homes-2 is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician in Peoria, AZ. The role includes troubleshooting and repairing HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry, plus appliance installation and timely completion of service orders.

You will maintain exterior and interior property conditions, ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and collaborate with the Quality Manager on safety initiatives. On-call availability is required.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years of related experience.
• Basic Home Repair knowledge.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Strong knowledge in maintaining HVAC systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized and meet deadlines.
• Able to be on-call for responding to after-hours emergencies.
• Must have your own basic handyman tools.
• Clean Driving record and able to pass a State mandated background check.
