Job summary

Corporate Hospitality Service is seeking a Maintenance Tech in Odessa, TX. The role requires strong hands-on skills across carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC and safety compliance. You’ll work with the team to keep facilities safe and functional, meeting budgets and schedules.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in maintenance, supervision experience, and solid knowledge of building systems, plus budgeting and planning abilities. HVAC certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3-5 year of maintenance experience.
• Proven experience as maintenance supervisor or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of building systems: electrical, HVAC, plumbing, mechanical.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• HVAC certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspect facilities periodically to determine problems and necessary maintenance.
• Prepare weekly maintenance schedules and allocate work.
• Inspect and maintain building systems (heating, ventilation, etc.).
• Contribute to the development of maintenance budget and ensure compliance.
• Monitor inventory of materials and equipment.
• Participate in coordination of projects (e.g. renovations).
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and health and safety regulations.

MAINTENANCE TECH

Reports To: Property Manager

Job Type: Full Time

Hours Per Week: +40 hours

GENERAL DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a competent Maintenance Technician, they must have technical skills and knowledge of various crafts such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc. The goal is to ensure that facilities are always in a good and safe condition. Being a team player and having the ability to roll your sleeve up and work with the team is vital.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

• Inspect facilities periodically to determine problems and necessary maintenance
• Prepare weekly maintenance schedules and allocate work
• Inspect and maintain building systems (heating, ventilation etc.)
• Contribute to the development of maintenance budget and ensure compliance
• Monitor inventory of materials and equipment
