Job summary

Pinch Med Spa is seeking an Experienced Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner Injector (APRN) to join as a concierge, part-time contractor in Arizona. You’ll perform injectables and aesthetic services in clients’ homes under Pinch protocols, with above-market compensation and flexible scheduling.

You’ll operate with autonomy within a trusted brand, supported by ongoing training, operational support, and a strong provider community.

Qualifications

• Active Arizona APRN license (full practice authority preferred).
• Prior aesthetics experience in a clinical setting (med spa, derm, plastics, concierge, etc.).
• Existing client base or ability to build one through networking.

Community & collaboration: Join a provider network; share tips, cases, and local opportunities (events, brand partnerships, etc.).

Ongoing training and refreshers so your skills and confidence keep leveling up.

Deliver safe, high-quality concierge aesthetic care including:

• Chemical peels
• Treat clients sourced through Pinch marketing and your personal network
• Use the Pinch platform to retain clients, run outreach, and grow your book

• Active Arizona APRN license (full practice authority preferred)
• Prior aesthetics experience in a clinical setting (med spa, derm, plastics, concierge, etc.)
• Existing client base or strong ability to build one through networking
• Interest in growing through events, influencer partnerships, photoshoots, and local community activations
• Availability to treat between 10 - 50 clients per month (a mix of your own network, and new clients Pinch sends you)
• Training & support
• This role is designed for injectors who already have experience, so training is focused on Pinch protocols, quality standards, and expanding services (peels, microneedling, skincare).
