Pinch Med Spa in Arizona is seeking an experienced Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner Injector (APRN) for a 1099 part-time Concierge Aesthetics role. You’ll deliver safe, high-quality aesthetics care in clients’ homes with autonomy and support from a trusted brand.

You should have an active Arizona APRN license with injectables experience and a background in aesthetics. Expect market-based earnings, flexible scheduling, and ongoing clinical guidance from Pinch’s protocols.

Qualifications

• Active Arizona APRN license with full practice authority preferred.
• Injectables experience with neurotoxin injections and comfort treating independently.
• Prior aesthetics clinical experience (med spa, derm, plastics, concierge, etc.).
• Strong patient communication, professionalism, and safety commitment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver concierge aesthetic care including neurotoxin injections, microneedling, chemical peels, skincare, and at-home experiences.
• Maintain accurate client documentation and records.
• Source clients via Pinch marketing and personal network; grow your book.
• Collaborate with Pinch Providers and clinical/support teams.

What you’ll do:

Deliver safe, high-quality concierge aesthetic care including:

• Neurotoxin injections (tox)
• Microneedling
• Chemical peels
• Skincare + at-home facial experiences
• Treat clients sourced through Pinch marketing and your personal network
• Maintain accurate documentation and timely client records
• Manage supplies responsibly
• Follow Pinch protocols and clinical standards
• Collaborate with other Pinch Providers and the Pinch clinical/support team
• Use the Pinch platform to retain clients, run outreach, and grow your book

Requirements

Who we’re looking for:

Required:

• Active Arizona APRN license (full practice authority preferred)
• Injectables experience (neurotoxin injections) and comfort treating independently
• Prior aesthetics experience in a clinical setting (med spa, derm, plastics, concierge, etc.)
• Strong patient communication, professionalism, and commitment to safety

Preferred:

• Existing client base or strong ability to build one through networking
• Interest in growing through events, influencer partnerships, photoshoots, and local community activationsAvailability to treat between 10 - 50 clients per month (a mix of your own network, and new clients Pinch sends you)
