Job summary

Pinch Med Spa seeks an experienced Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner (APRN) for its Illinois concierge aesthetic model. This 1099 role offers flexibility, autonomy, and support under the Pinch brand, delivering treatments in clients' homes with high standards.

Deliver neurotoxin injections, microneedling, chemical peels, and skincare experiences to clients sourced through Pinch marketing or your network. Maintain documentation and follow Pinch protocols to grow your practice.

Qualifications

• Active Illinois APRN license with full practice authority preferred.
• Injectables experience and comfort treating independently.
• Experience in aesthetics in clinical setting (med spa, derm, plastics, concierge).

Responsibilities

• Deliver concierge aesthetic care including: neurotoxin injections, microneedling, chemical peels, skincare experiences.
• Grow and manage your client book via Pinch network and personal network.
• Maintain accurate documentation and timely client records.
• Follow Pinch protocols and clinical standards.
• Collaborate with other Pinch Providers and the Pinch clinical/support team.

What you’ll do:

• Deliver safe, high-quality concierge aesthetic care including:
  • Neurotoxin injections (tox)
  • Microneedling
  • Chemical peels
  • Skincare + at-home facial experiences
• Treat clients sourced through Pinch marketing and your personal network
• Maintain accurate documentation and timely client records
• Manage supplies responsibly
• Follow Pinch protocols and clinical standards
• Collaborate with other Pinch Providers and the Pinch clinical/support team
• Use the Pinch platform to retain clients, run outreach, and grow your book

Requirements

Who we’re looking for:

Required:

• Active Illinois APRN license (full practice authority preferred)
• Injectables experience (neurotoxin injections) and comfort treating independently
• Prior aesthetics experience in a clinical setting (med spa, derm, plastics, concierge, etc.)
• Strong patient communication, professionalism, and commitment to safety

Preferred:

• Existing client base or strong ability to build one through networking
• Interest in growing through events, influencer partnerships, photoshoots, and local community activations
• Availability to treat between 10 - 50 clients per month (a mix of your own network, and new clients Pinch sends you)
