Pinch Med, Inc. seeks Advanced Practice Registered Nurses (APRNs) in Arizona for a 1099 contractor role to deliver tox, chemical peels, and at‑home facial services in clients’ homes. You set your schedule, choose clients, and grow your practice with support from a nationally recognized brand.

We cover malpractice insurance, marketing, technology, and ongoing support, with top‑of‑market compensation and overhead costs covered, enabling you to focus on delivering exceptional aesthetic results.

Qualifications

• Active APRN license in Arizona.
• Certification in injectables or ability to complete Pinch Master Certification.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and interest in growing a practice.
• Excitement for aesthetics and helping clients look their best.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, high‑quality aesthetic treatments including tox, chemical peels, and at‑home facials.
• Complete required live neurotoxin injectables training.
• Engage in comprehensive virtual training on peels, microneedling, and skincare.
• Treat clients via Pinch marketing and personal networks.
• Offer appointment availability that fits your schedule (4–24 hours/week).
• Manage products and supplies responsibly and keep client records up to date.
• Follow Pinch protocols and collaborate with the team for support.
• Leverage Pinch marketing tools for client retention and outreach.

We cover everything from malpractice insurance and marketing to technology and ongoing support so you can focus on making clients look and feel their best. Pinch pays top-of-market rates for treatments and covers all overhead costs, allowing you to devote your time and energy to your clients

What You Will Do

• Deliver safe, high-quality aesthetic treatments including tox, chemical peels, and at-home facials
• Complete required live neurotoxin injectables training
• Take advantage of comprehensive virtual training covering chemical peels, microneedling, skincare, and at-home facial techniques
• Treat clients through Pinch marketing as well as your own personal network
• Offer appointment availability that works for you, averaging 4 to 24 hours per week
• Manage products and supplies responsibly
• Keep accurate and timely client records
• Follow Pinch protocols and best practices
• Collaborate with fellow Providers and the Pinch team for support
• Utilize Pinch marketing tools to retain clients, complete patient outreach, and grow your business

If you're new to injectables or aesthetics, completing one of these in-person trainings is required before you start. Please apply only if you can attend one of the dates below in full. Already certified and experienced? You likely won't need this — but you're welcome to join.

What We Are Looking For

• Required: Active APRN license in Arizona
• Required: Certification in injectables or ability to complete the Pinch Injectables Master Certification
• Excitement for aesthetics and helping clients feel their best
• Entrepreneurial spirit and interest ingrowing your practice with flexibility
• Bonus: Prior aesthetics experience, existing patient network, or interest in expanding your practice through events, influencer programs, photoshoots, and more
