Pinch Med Spa is seeking an experienced Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner Injector (APRN) for Colorado on a 1099, part-time basis. You will deliver high-quality concierge aesthetic care, focusing on neurotoxin injections, microneedling, chemical peels, and skincare, with clients sourced through Pinch and your network.

The role offers autonomy, above-market compensation, and flexible scheduling within a trusted brand and clear protocols designed to ensure safety and great patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active Colorado APRN license required.
• Injectables experience (neurotoxin injections) and comfort treating independently.
• Prior aesthetics experience in a clinical setting (med spa, derm, plastics, concierge, etc.).
• Strong patient communication, professionalism, and commitment to safety.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality concierge aesthetic care including neurotoxin injections, microneedling, chemical peels, and skincare.
• Treat clients sourced through Pinch marketing and personal network.
• Maintain accurate documentation and timely client records.
• Manage supplies responsibly and follow Pinch protocols and standards.
• Collaborate with other Pinch Providers and clinical/support teams.

What you’ll do:

• Deliver safe, high‑quality concierge aesthetic care including:
  • Neurotoxin injections (tox)
  • Microneedling
  • Chemical peels
  • Skincare + at‑home facial experiences
• Treat clients sourced through Pinch marketing and your personal network
• Maintain accurate documentation and timely client records
• Manage supplies responsibly
• Follow Pinch protocols and clinical standards
• Collaborate with other Pinch Providers and the Pinch clinical/support team
• Use the Pinch platform to retain clients, run outreach, and grow your book

Requirements

Who we’re looking for:

Required:

• Active Colorado State APRN license
• Injectables experience (neurotoxin injections) and comfort treating independently
• Prior aesthetics experience in a clinical setting (med spa, derm, plastics, concierge, etc.)
• Strong patient communication, professionalism, and commitment to safety

Preferred:

• Existing client base or strong ability to build one through networking
• Interest in growing through events, influencer partnerships, photoshoots, and local community activations
• Availability to treat between 10 - 50 clients per month (a mix of your own network, and new clients Pinch sends you)
