Advantage Insurance Services (AIS), an affiliated entity of Advantage Insurance, Inc. (AVI), seeks an Experienced Accountant to support daily accounting, reconcile accounts, and assist with financial statements for AIS and portfolio-based entities.

You will contribute to intercompany reconciliations and special projects within a growth-oriented Finance team. The role emphasizes bilingual (English/Spanish) communication, adherence to U.S.

Formación

• Fluency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
• Pursue accounting credentials as part of professional development.
• Stay current on and develop a working knowledge of U.S. GAAP requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Perform the day-to-day accounting for AIS and portfolio based entities (including bank related transactions, accounts receivables and accounts payable), and prepare financial statements.
• Process accounts payable invoices for payment.
• Prepare account analysis as needed (e.g., professional, underwriting, legal and IT expenses).
• Prepare bank reconciliations.
• Support the preparation of AIS financial statements.
• Support the preparation of the AVI consolidated financial statements (e.g., flux analyses and supporting detail, etc.).
• Support the intercompany reconciliation process.
