AlphaGraphics Arlington is seeking an Account Manager to leverage an existing portfolio and grow new and existing client relationships at the Arlington production facility. You will partner with clients, understand their landscape, and drive accelerated growth while delivering exceptional service and value.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in print and/or signs is required or preferred.
• Excellent writing and verbal skills are essential.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with a professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all clients have a positive experience
• Has a thorough knowledge of the client landscape, departments, and growth opportunities
• Has a thorough knowledge of all AlphaGraphics products and services, production processes, capabilities
• Can easily provide customers with the benefits they will experience when using our products and services
• Consults with customers to help them make decisions; upsells and cross-sells when there are opportunities
• Captures customer’s specifics using “Job Analysis” questions
• Reviews customer’s proofs, manages the proofing process, and calls customers when jobs are ready for pick up
• Creates job estimates that are prepared in a timely manner, professionally presented and carefully reviewed for job pricing and accuracy
• Routinely resolves customer inquiries and complaints
• Displays necessary mastery of MIS tools to create and estimate customer projects effectively

Account Manager Qualifications

• 3 + years of experience (Print and/or Signs)
• Knowledge of printing and prepress requirements a plus
• Strong analytical skills (break projects into steps or sets)
• Excellent writing and verbal skills
• Professional appearance and decorum
• Strong organizational and time-management skills

Compensation: $2,000.00 - $2,500.00 per month
