Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of agency or consultancy experience.
• Understanding of startup environments and the flexibility required to work effectively in them.
• Ability to evaluate user experiences from both macro and micro perspectives and work effectively with ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business strategies, brand objectives, user insights, and technology requirements.
• Research problem spaces, identify user needs, and recommend client opportunities.
• Lead and conduct contextual inquiries, interviews, workshops, usability studies, competitive UX analyses, feature audits, and heuristic evaluations.
