Job summary

TIAA is seeking an Experience Product Manager to own and transform how associates use AI in their day-to-day work within the Digital and Client Experience team. You will gather requirements, maintain and prioritize the backlog, and collaborate with Experience Product, Design, AI, Technology, and business partners to ensure design and product architectures are aligned and implemented.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience owning customer-facing digital experiences and delivering business results.
• Experience working with AI-powered products or features to enhance customer experience while managing risks and trust.
• Direct engagement with customers to understand needs and feedback and translate into requirements.

Responsibilities

• Define and review KPIs to evaluate impact and effectiveness of solutions.
• Lead the Experience product management lifecycle for assigned platforms/channels within specific client journey.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Technology, Design, and other teams to identify, prioritize, design, and deliver key solutions.
• Champion Voice of Customer activities including co-creation sessions and journey mapping.
• Partner with cross-functional leadership to align roadmap priorities with broader strategy.
• Drive feature/capability roadmap assessment and development across assigned areas to deliver outcomes.
• Foster innovation and leverage new technologies to improve the customer experience.
