Job summary
TIAA seeks an Experience Product Manager to own and transform how associates leverage AI in their daily work. Sitting in the Digital and Client Experience team, you will define and implement solutions that reduce friction, modernize processes, and enable a seamless AI-powered experience for associates.
You will gather requirements across multiple teams, prioritize the backlog, and collaborate with Design, AI, Technology and business partners to align architecture and deliver cohesive solutions
Qualifications
- 5+ years of product management experience owning customer-facing digital experiences.
- Experience working with AI-powered products or features and understanding how AI enhances customer experience.
- Direct engagement with customers, research, and feedback analysis.
Responsibilities
- Define and review KPIs to evaluate impact and effectiveness of solutions.
- Lead Experience product management lifecycle for assigned platforms/channels and represent user needs.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Technology, Design and other teams to design and deliver key solutions.
- Champion Voice of Customer activities including co-creation sessions, primary research, persona development, journey mapping.
- Define roadmap priorities with cross-functional leadership and align with broader strategy.
- Drive feature/ capability roadmap assessment and development across areas to deliver outcomes.
- Foster innovation and leverage technologies to enhance the customer experience.
