GuideStone Financial Resources seeks a Senior Experience Operations Analyst to lead complex projects and drive operational excellence across Experience Operations. You will translate priorities into actionable plans, manage scope, timelines, and stakeholder expectations, and deliver measurable business value.

The role emphasizes change management, data-driven analysis, and collaboration with cross-functional partners to support enterprise strategy while maintaining confidentiality and integrity

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project management or related disciplines.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives and enterprise projects.
• Experience influencing stakeholders and driving outcomes without direct authority.
• Experience developing executive-level presentations and business cases.
• Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in business-related field; Master’s preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead departmental projects from initiation through implementation and post-implementation assessment.
• Develop project charters, requirements, plans, testing strategies, and success measures.
• Lead change efforts for new processes, technologies, and regulatory initiatives.
• Prepare leadership updates and business cases with clear outcomes and metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver operational improvements.
