Responsibilities

• Enable Process Owners & Partners: deliver training, coaching, and routines to equip Process Owners with tools and knowledge to succeed.
• Mitigate Risk: promote continuous improvement and simplification; ensure processes are properly scoped and include effective risk indicators.
• Provide Oversight: ensure processes are documented, mapped, and compliant with enterprise standards.
• Drive Process Maturity: offer thought leadership and end-to-end process expertise to deliver transformative results.
• Facilitate Solutions: address issues and risks, optimize efficiency, reduce variability, and improve controls and sustainability.
• Collaborate with Business Partners: gather insights to design and implement solutions for critical challenges and Enterprise / GO deliverables.
• Continuous Improvement: identify opportunities to apply process engineering best practices and leverage AI/LLMs to establish and implement a model for continuous improvement.
• Leverage Analytics: use data and critical thinking to solve complex problems and define business case benefits.

This job is responsible for analyzing processes, documenting business case opportunities, and implementing process improvement/transformation initiatives in support of Operational Excellence objectives. Job Description:

A Process Design Consultant on the Global Operations Process Ownership & OpEx team will act as a Process Engineer supporting Operations organizations. This role is responsible for enabling process excellence, mitigating risk, and driving continuous improvement across Global Operations.

Key Accountabilities:

• Enable Process Owners & Partners: Deliver training, coaching, and routines to equip Process Owners with tools and knowledge to succeed.

Desired Skills:

• Global Ops Process Management Certification or Six Sigma Green / Black / Master Black Belt (or equivalent)
• Operations background / knowledge of the Single Process Inventory
• Risk management expertise and familiarity with enhancing the proces
