Mellick Group - Renewal by Andersen of Central FL, Jacksonville, Tampa & the Gulf Coast is seeking an Experience Manager to oversee the installation lifecycle of replacement windows and doors. You will coordinate measurements, installation, service, and final walkthroughs to ensure homeowner satisfaction.

The role requires 1+ year in window/door installation, technical measurement, and customer service with conflict resolution, plus 2+ years in construction.

Qualifications

• 1+ year window/door installation experience.
• 1+ year conducting technical installation measures.
• 1+ year customer service and conflict resolution.
• 2+ years construction/home improvement industry experience.
• Prior managerial/leadership experience preferred.
• Knowledge of building codes and construction techniques.
• Basic computer skills; Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Basic financial knowledge (P&L statements).

Responsibilities

• Oversee installation teams, including hiring, evaluating, and terminations when necessary.
• Perform service and repairs on installed products and take precise measurements.
• Work with homeowners to resolve issues while ensuring signature service and craftsmanship.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory procedures affecting installations.
• Lead safety initiatives for installation practices and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with local supply chain to secure materials needed to complete jobs.
• Drive homeowner delight through proactive communication and site audits.
• Supervise installers and contractors, providing guidance and timely support.
• Manage in-house installers and independent contractors, including contracting, training, and capacity planning.
• Document and expedite resolution of outstanding project items, including final inspections.

Our Experience Managers oversee the entire installation lifecycle of our replacement windows/doors, including precise technical measurements, installation, service, and final walk-throughs, in order to deliver exceptional service and ensure homeowner satisfaction

Responsibilities

• Oversee all personnel involved in installation processes, including hiring, interviewing, performance evaluation, and terminations when necessary.
• Perform service and repair work on previously installed products and complete technical measurements for upcoming installations.
• Work directly with homeowners to resolve installation or service issues, while ensuring all installation personnel consistently deliver signature service, exceptional craftsmanship, and adherence to company standards.
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory procedures affecting installation and service operations.
• Lead safety initiatives to ensure all installation practices meet company and regulatory requirements.
• Partner with the local supply chain team to secure materials needed to complete jobs efficiently.
• Drive homeowner delight through proactive communication, on-site audits, and continuous improvement of processes based on survey and review feedback.
• Supervise installation associates, providing performance guidance, open communication, and timely support for team concerns.
• Manage in-house installers and independent contractors, including selection, contracting, training, and capacity planning.
• Identify, document, and expedite resolution of outstanding project items, including final inspections and account balance processing.

Requirements

• At least 1yr of Window/Door Installation Experience
• At least 1yr of Conducting Technical Measures Required for Installation
• At least 1yr of Customer Service Experience and Conflict Resolution Skills
• At least 2yrs of Construction/Home Improvement Industry Experience
• Prior Managerial/Leadership Experience is Preferred
• Knowledge of applicable building codes and construction techniques.
• Basic computer skills and Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Basic financial knowledge (i.e., P&L Statements).

Must be willing to undergo a criminal background check
