Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as a people leader for a team of direct reports, empowering them to deliver their best work and manage talent and performance activities
• Lead the strategic direction for the experience arm of the full-time program; define scope and impact, influence curriculum, and communicate goals
• Build relationships with Accountable Executives, HR business partners, and learning partners
• Manage the associate experience from onboarding through program completion and beyond; oversee curriculum development and engagement initiatives
• Consult and problem-solve across the program team and broader organization
