Job summary

Capital One is seeking an experienced leader to head the S&G Analyst Development Program experience team. This role will manage a team of associates, shape curriculum and experiences, and influence strategic decisions using data-driven insights.

Qualifications

4+ years of program management, client facing, or consulting experience.
At least 1 year of people leadership experience.
Bachelor’s degree or military experience.
2+ years of people leadership.
5+ years of program management, client facing, or consulting.
3+ years of experience in Human Resources or Human Capital Consulting.
Experience analyzing metrics, trends, and survey data to drive strategic changes.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of direct reports and manage talent and performance.
Define the strategic direction for the experience arm of the full-time program.
Build relationships with Accountable Executives, HR partners, and learning partners.
Oversee the associate experience from onboarding to placement and alumni.
Consult and problem-solve across the program team and the organization.
