• At least 4 years of program management, client facing, or consulting experience.
• At least 1 year of people leadership experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or military experience.
• At least 2 years of people leadership experience.
• At least 5 years of program management, client facing, or consulting experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in HR or Human Capital consulting.
• Significant experience analyzing metrics, trends, and survey data to drive decisions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a people leader for a team of direct reports, empowering and inspiring them to deliver their best work daily.
• Lead the strategic direction for the experience arm of the full time program and influence curriculum and goals.
• Build relationships with Accountable Executives, HR, and learning partners across the organization.
• Manage the associate onboarding and placement experience, including curriculum delivery and engagement initiatives.
• Consult and problem solve across the program team and broader Students & Grads organization.
