The Role

As a Front Desk Sales Associate, you’re the welcoming face of the studio and the friendly guide behind every great guest experience. You’ll help clients check in, learn about the benefits of infrared therapy, fall in love with their self‑care routine, and leave feeling their absolute best — every time.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Sales – sell and educate people on wellness.
• Greeting guests like they’re old friends (even if it’s their first visit!).
• Educate guests on the benefits of infrared sauna, red light therapy, and chromotherapy.
• Book sessions, handle transactions, and manage scheduling.
• Recommend memberships and packages that suit each guest’s wellness goals.
• Maintain a clean, serene studio and ensure it is stocked for a 5‑star experience.
• Collaborate with your team to hit goals.
• Turn over and clean individual sauna rooms.
• Organize the facility’s towel supply area.
• Receive comprehensive training.

Studio Hours

• Monday through Friday, 6:30 am – 9:15 pm.
• Saturday and Sunday: 7:30 am – 8:15 pm.
