Job summary

Ojai Valley Inn seeks an Experience Facilitator to lead beekeeping, bike, olive oil and food tours for guests. You will host Artist Cottage activities, assist with Open Studio hours and help maintain a welcoming, Forbes 5 Star standard environment.

Ideal candidates have hospitality experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting; CPR/First Aid certification is a plus, weekend/holiday availability required.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality and guest services is required.
• Proven ability to explain programs and engage guests professionally.
• Knowledge of Forbes 5 Star Standards and exceptional guest service.

Responsibilities

• Teach or lead activities inclusively and engagingly for all attendees.
• Assist in planning events for groups or families when opportunities arise.
• Offer tours of the Artist Cottage and explain facilities and programming.
• Post charges to guest rooms or PM accounts and maintain knowledge of outlets.
