Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; experience in event planning and partnerships preferred.
• Minimum five years in event planning, activation management, community engagement, or related field.
• Minimum three years leading complex projects; at least one year in a people leadership role.
• CMP or related certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, coordination, and execution of strategic partnership events, sponsorship activations, community events, and stakeholder engagement.
• Develop and maintain an annual activation calendar aligned with partnership priorities and community goals.
• Oversee all aspects of event execution including logistics, budgets, and post-event evaluation.
• Ensure events reflect UFCU's brand, values, and priorities.
• Lead activation playbooks, standards, and templates for consistency across programs.
