Job summary

Bars & Rec is seeking Crew Members to act as hospitality ambassadors across our Milwaukee venues. You will greet guests, take orders, bartend, prepare basic snacks, deliver food and drinks, assist with Custom Events, and train guests in activity experiences.

Ideal candidates are energetic, guest-focused, and comfortable with POS systems and power tools used for site setup. Prior hospitality or bar experience is preferred; must be 21+ and able to work Saturdays and other shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have some hospitality, food/beverage service, or retail experience.
• Must be able to work at least two shifts per week, including Saturdays.
• Must complete online Responsible Beverage Server Course and provide proof of completion.
• Must be able to operate a POS system and conduct credit card transactions.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and take orders, including bartending and delivering food/beverages.
• Assist with Custom Events and training guests in activities (axe throwing, mini golf, karaoke, etc.).
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the facility and ensure safety guidelines are followed.
• Upsell, promote special offerings, and handle payments at the POS system.
