Job summary

Bars & Recreation is seeking a Crew Lead to support hospitality and facility operations across its Milwaukee venues. You will work under the SOM and HTM, lead by example on the floor, mentor Crew Members, handle reservations, and help maintain guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

This role requires a high school diploma, 3+ years in hospitality leadership, and a willingness to work opening shifts, weekends, and various venues.

Qualifications

• Must have 3+ years in hospitality or service leadership.
• Strong guest-service focus and multitasking skills.
• Experience supervising teams and training staff.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-floor operations and guest service during shifts.
• Assist with opening/closing duties and safety checks.
• Coach Crew Members and provide feedback.
• Coordinate with managers on events and promotions.
