About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Digital Product Management Manager within the Marketing & Sales Platform team, part of Consumer Lending. This team manages marketing platforms supporting the end-to-end Consumer Marketing process. We seek experienced product management leaders skilled in strategy, execution, and cross-functional collaboration, including with teams that develop and utilize these tools.

You will lead functions within the Marketing Experience Development & Optimization team, which encompasses platforms that help marketers develop, test, and personalize digital experiences. Experience with Adobe Target, Experience Manager, or similar Adobe marketing products is essential.

The role requires deep knowledge of these systems, strategic influence across product, business, technical, and analytics teams, and proficiency with agile methodologies, including scrum, PI planning, and backlog management. Financial services experience is highly desirable.

In this role, you will:
  1. Partner with teams to enable success in Experience Development & Optimization programs.
  2. Build and promote a product strategy and roadmap for a scalable, best-in-class platform integrated within the broader MarTech stack.
  3. Support teams executing this strategy, ensuring effective partner management, issue resolution, and outcome delivery.
  4. Implement a risk management framework to ensure platform health, controls, and monitoring.
Required Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of digital product management experience or equivalent (work, training, military, education).
  • 2+ years of leadership experience.
Desired Qualifications:
  • 6+ years supporting marketing and analytics with products like Adobe Target and Experience Manager.
  • Expertise in these systems and cross-team engagement.
  • Strategic vision development and execution in large organizations.
  • Experience with agile methodologies, scrum teams, PI planning, and backlogs.
  • Financial services or digital consumer experience preferred.
Job Expectations:
  • On-site work at specified location; hybrid schedule.
  • Travel up to 10%.
  • Not eligible for Visa sponsorship.
Pay Range:

$120,400.00 - $287,600.00, varies by experience, skills, and location.
