Job summary

Konrad is seeking an Experience Designer (UI/UX) to contribute to design thinking and create innovative mobile, tablet and web products. You will connect design, business, and technology to ship world-class digital experiences for leading brands.

You will work with designers, developers and consultants to conduct user research, iterate on typography and interaction design, and build compelling interfaces. A portfolio demonstrating digital projects and expertise with Figma and Adobe Creative

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in UI/UX design.
• Meticulous attention to detail and an expert eye for typography and visual hierarchy.
• Strong conceptual thinking and design execution abilities in visual and interaction design.
• Great interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for the digital space and articulating design concepts.

Responsibilities

• Develop understanding of project needs via design thinking workshops, user research and testing.
• Identify opportunities for clients and design digital solutions with the team.
• Collaborate with developers and consultants to align design with technology and business goals.
• Stay up to date with design best practices and technologies to build industry-leading solutions.
• Be an advocate for lifelong learning.
