Job summary

Konrad Group in New York is seeking a Senior Experience Designer (UX/UI) to lead large-scale digital innovation for consumer brands and enterprise clients. You will bridge design, business, and technology to ship world-class experiences.

You will guide research, ideation, and UI across devices, mentor teammates, and communicate clearly with clients. A strong background in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite is essential, with motion design and development experience considered a plus.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in UX/UI with at least 1 year leading UX/UI design.
• Strong track record creating user-centered experiences for complex requirements.
• Ability to drive creative workflows and mentor the team.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with clients or stakeholders.
• Expertise in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite and prototyping tools.

Responsibilities
