Job summary

Intone Inc. in Orlando, FL is seeking an Experience Designer for a contract role to transform tasks into intuitive, accessible designs across the entire experience lifecycle, from first-time users to experts.

You will identify customer and business needs through contextual inquiries, generative and quantitative research, and develop solutions that meet those needs. You will execute visual, information, interaction, and service design elements that satisfy both business and customer requirements

Qualifications

• Experience with Figma or similar digital prototyping tools.
• Proficiency in low-, mid-, and high-fidelity prototyping.
• Ability to gather requirements from users and stakeholders.
• Experience with a design system.
• Understanding of accessibility fundamentals.
• Ability to validate designs through user testing.
• Experience conducting user interviews, research, and analysis.
• Understanding of frontend development fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Support transformation of tasks into intuitive, accessible designs across the entire experience lifecycle.
• Identify customer and business needs through contextual inquiries and both qualitative and quantitative research.
• Develop and recommend solutions to meet identified needs.
• Execute visual, information, interaction, and service design elements that meet business and customer requirements.
• Gauge usability of new and existing products and recommend improvements.
• Conduct user interviews and research to understand user needs and validate design solutions.
• Provide actionable feedback to development teams throughout the design and implementation process.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and align on design direction.
