Job summary

Leadout Capital is seeking a Design Lead to guide interactive-web and mobile experiences, drive the overall design strategy, and lead multidisciplinary teams. You will shape the engagement vision, ensure top-quality execution, and partner closely with customers to deliver impactful outcomes.

You will mentor designers, lead discovery sessions, and collaborate with stakeholders across Salesforce-related environments. Travel up to 50% is anticipated in this role.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in experience design, interaction design, or related fields.
• Consulting in enterprise tech transformations preferred.
• Proficiency with AI tools for design innovation and efficiency.
• Strong visual design and prototyping capabilities; translate concepts into designs.
• Strong research and synthesis skills to extract insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead design teams to drive activities and deliverables across projects.
• Apply design-thinking methods and contribute to new offerings.
• Create compelling stories and communicate design value to diverse audiences.
• Mentor and guide other designers within the group.
