Job summary

Salesforce Experience Design is seeking a passionate Design Lead to head interactive design initiatives for web and mobile applications. You will lead experience strategy, establish high-quality execution, and guide multidisciplinary teams to deliver customer-centric outcomes.

Ideal candidates have 10–12 years of experience, a strong design portfolio, and a proven ability to lead complex enterprise engagements with Fortune 500 clients. Will travel up to 50% of the time.

Qualifications

• Over 10–12 years in experience design, interaction design, or related fields.
• Experience consulting in enterprise technology transformation programs.
• Strong proficiency with AI tools for design innovation and efficiency.
• Expert visual design and prototyping capabilities.
• Strong research and synthesis experience from qualitative/quantitative data.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary design teams for customer solutions.
• Client-facing experience and building long-term client relationships.
• Experience designing enterprise applications balancing user needs and business constraints.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer discovery, stakeholder interviews, workshops, and collaborative sessions.
• Mentor other designers and manage multidisciplinary teams.
• Synthesize research insights to inform strategic decisions.
• Build strong partnerships with customers and internal teams to align on vision.
