The YMCA of Greater Richmond is seeking a collaborative and energetic leader to support daily branch operations and elevate member experiences as the Experience Delivery Director at the Chester Family YMCA.
This role oversees key program areas, leads service teams, and ensures operational excellence while fostering a welcoming environment for all. The ideal candidate will be a skilled communicator and relationship-builder, with a passion for developing high-performing teams and delivering exceptional service.
This position will often work mornings, evenings, and weekends. Flexible schedule is required to be a successful in the role.
Candidates should demonstrate strong leadership, team management, and operational oversight skills. Experience supervising staff across multiple program areas is required. A high school diploma is required, with college coursework or a degree preferred. A minimum of three years of leadership experience is essential, along with excellent communication and computer skills. Candidates must be willing to obtain certifications in wellness, aquatics, and other department areas as needed.

The salary range for this position is $55,366 - $62,287 per year.
