Job description

The Experience Coordinator in the Office of Admission assists the Associate Director of Event Management in the coordination of all admission-related events. This position is responsible for various administrative support duties necessary for the recruitment and admission of incoming students within the Office of Admission. The Experience Coordinator serves as an integral part of the Admission support team, demonstrated by an advanced level of knowledge of the university and provides information obtained from a variety of campus sources in order to identify needs and field questions. Assists with planning, organizing and scheduling of daily individual tours and campus visit inquiries.Responsibilities Include:Administrative: Provide general information about educational opportunities regarding processes, timelines and student eligibility; refer students to appropriate campus offices and admission counselors. Maintain the Admission email, undergraduate office calendar, answer all phone calls on the main Admission phone line, data entry into the university CRM, Slate. Functions as the key role in Admissions front-end advising for all visitors.Campus Visit: schedule, manage and successfully implement all campus visits for prospective students as well as group visitors This will include proper communication with guests, the office, and the campus. Assisting with the registration process, room reservations, the creation of special agendas and campus collaboration.Shipping/Mail operations: processing daily transcripts then scanning into Slate, preparing materials to be shipped/mailed.
