Responsibilities

• Analyzes accounts, records, reports, and ledgers for accuracy; investigates questionable entries.
• Monitors revenue and expense accounts; ensures expenditure control and compliance with funding and reporting requirements.
• Prepares recurring reports such as monthly financial statements, leave, and personnel activity reports; processes vouchers and purchase orders.
• Prepares, reviews, and processes budget, revenue, expense, payroll, and related correcting entries.
• Reconciles financial statements and fixed assets.
• Interacts and trains departmental staff regarding finance policies and funding requirements; liaises with vendors, funding source representatives, and patients.
• Duties may be updated at management's discretion.
