Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in operations, project coordination, customer success, healthcare administration, procurement, sales support, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate customer projects by collecting required data and ensuring smooth progression through analyses.
• Review data for completeness and accuracy, and submit cases to Sales Support.
• Perform detailed quality reviews of analyses before delivery to Expense Advisors.
• Maintain accurate customer records in Salesforce and support reporting/workflow tracking.
• Collaborate with Expense Advisors and Sales Support to optimize workflows and customer experience.
