Job summary

Prime Source Expense Experts, a Buyers Edge Platform brand, seeks an Expense Consultant to partner with the CRO and coordinate vendor data, customer success, and strategic projects. This role enables leadership to focus on revenue generation by acting as the central coordinator for analytics, customer lifecycle management, and pricing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Experience with spend data, vendor contracts, or procurement analytics is a plus.
• Experience with RFPs/bid processes or B2B customer management desirable.
• Strong analytical and data reporting skills (Excel).
• Ability to coordinate complex, multi-stakeholder workflows and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage administrative and analytical workflows for vendor deals; ensure data integrity.
• Serve as primary day-to-day contact for existing clients; address issues and growth opportunities.
• Support strategic projects including RFPs, bids, and pricing analysis.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects and document actions; follow up with customers.
• Reduce CRO's administrative burden by handling analytical tasks.
