Job summary

Prime Source Expense Experts, a Buyers Edge Platform brand, is seeking an Expense Associate to support our customer acquisition and consulting processes.

The role acts as the bridge between our customer-facing Expense Advisors and internal Sales Support, ensuring projects move efficiently through analysis by gathering documentation, validating information, coordinating requests, and maintaining excellent communication with customers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in operations, project coordination, or related field.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Advanced attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate customer projects by gathering required documentation and data for expense analyses.
• Validate information before analysis and submit cases to Sales Support.
• Maintain accurate Salesforce records and assist with reporting and workflow tracking.
• Communicate documentation requirements clearly with customers throughout the process.
• Collaborate with Expense Advisors and Sales Support to smooth the production process.
• Identify opportunities to improve internal workflows and customer experience.
